Apart from the strength and various other powers inherit to his aggrandizing armor, Psycho-Man’s Control-Box enables him to bolster fear, doubt, or hate in a selected target. Psycho-Man’s original scheme to construct a Control-Box large enough to ensnare the entire human race simultaneously is blocked by the Human Torch, the Thing, Black Panther, and the Inhumans.
